Delivery and Shipping 

Please note that due to the size, nature and weight of the furniture items stocked in the Palm and Oak online store, all items are considered oversized or fragile items. 
Freight costs are additional to the purchase price listed for all items. 

 

YOU CAN PURCHASE ITEMS IN THE PALM AND OAK ONLINE STORE IN ONE OF TWO WAYS: 

  1. Either add the item to your cart and checkout as per normal - our team will be in contact via email within three business days to provide you with a shipping estimate and invoice. Payment of your shipping invoice is required prior to your goods being dispatched.
  2. Alternately, please contact us directly to obtain an accurate shipping quote by email (orders@palmandoak.com) prior to placing your order.
 

Where we Deliver 

Delivery available Australia wide. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 
All prices on our website quoted are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. 
 

RETURNS POLICY 

Palm and Oak want all of our customers to enjoy a smooth and carefree purchase. To ensure an enjoyable shopping experience, we have set the following returns and refund policy:  
We want you to love your purchase!  Take your time to browse our Collections and choose carefully, as we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. 

Requesting a change on a faulty item?  No problem, we're happy to provide a refund or exchange on faulty goods.   
Drop us a line with your order number and evidence of the fault and we'll process the refund or exchange on your behalf.  We ask that any damages or faults be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your item. 

All merchandise that you wish to exchange must be returned to us unopened, unused and it its original packaging. Once your return is received, we will be in touch with a store credit for you to purchase your new items or with a refund to you.

If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer a store credit rather than a refund, or ship the item back to you for you to keep, at our discretion.
